Credit Wellness Solutions Announces Name Change To The Credit Dispute Center Due To Confusion With A Company With A Similar Name & Announces The Availability Of New Attorney Direct Credit Repair Program With New Ground-Breaking Technology

New Bern, NC- 11/24/2023 – Effective Immediately, Credit Wellness Solutions has changed its name to The Credit Dispute Center because of consumer confusion with another company, Credit Wellness, LLC from Casper, Wyoming.

In a statement, CEO Sammy Dodd stated; “Credit Wellness, LLC and their owner Charles Jacker have created havoc for our company, Credit Wellness Solutions. Capitalizing on the known confusion and  our company’s stronger presence on Google, Credit Wellness, LLC employed dirty tactics such as forwarding customer service emails from their info@creditwellnessllc.com to our info@thecreditdisputecenter.com to intentionally mislead their customers seeking answers about their service or to cancel their service by forwarding their emails to our inbox, and misleading their customers into contacting us, I have decided to change the name of our company to avoid the confusion, and direct consumers to the correct means of contact. It was not an easy decision to make, but after having negative reviews left on Google and the Better Business Bureau, I found it necessary to change the name. Although our company is still registered with the NC Secretary of State as Credit Wellness Solutions, LLC, we will be operating The Credit Dispute Center as a DBA. Credit Wellness, LLC is in litigation with another credit repair company, and my company is speaking with attorneys to explore the option of filing a lawsuit against Credit Wellness, LLC and Charles Jacker for their actions to intentionally confuse consumers with our company and damaging our reputation for their lack of service.” 

The Credit Dispute Center is offering assistance to customers of Credit Wellness, LLC in helping them contact them, and offering their new Attorney Direct Credit Repair Program for those who have qualifying credit reports for FREE, waiving all audit, document processing, and deletion fees. Mr. Dodd also stated; “Consumers should always avoid companies that advertise on social media claiming unrealistic results in an unrealistic timeframe. Credit Repair is a process that could take a year or more, depending on the credit situation, and results always vary. If anyone promises to take your credit score from 550 to 750 in 30 days, run from that company as fast as you can. Always make sure that you have a clear and concise contract and have realistic expectations given to you by the company before giving them any credit card information. One thing that sets our company apart from many other companies is we will never ask for a consumer’s credit card, debit card, or bank account information, as all of our transactions are processed through an escrow company. The escrow company will not pay us unless we have performed the promised service as laid out in our service agreements. It is my belief that Credit Wellness, LLC has been scamming their customers by promising them the world while charging them every month for no results. When their customers ask questions, they immediately misdirect their customers to other companies with similar names. After speaking with many of thier customers, it turns out that no contract was ever signed, and they were unaware of the monthly fees. These practices are not only illegal, but wrong. I will personally help every one of their customers that reach out to me file the appropriate complaints with the authorities of the state they live, the state of Wyoming, and other sources such as the CFPB, FTC, and Better Business Bureau. Aside from credit report audit, attorney document processing fees and certified mailing reimbursement, our customers of do not pay us until we achieve results for them.” Mr Dodd and The Credit Dispute Center urge all reputable credit repair companies to fight back against scam artists like Charles Jacker and Credit Wellness, LLC and to adust their business models on a pay per deletion basis. We believe this will help our industry improve its reputation and put companies like Credit Wellness, LLC out of business.

The Credit Dispute Center Announces The Availability Of New Attorney Direct Credit Repair Program & Quantum Matrix Dispute Technology™

Effective immediately, The Credit Dispute Center will have 2 new credit repair plans. Our Attorney Direct Credit Repair Program which is available to all who have credit reports that qualify for the program. Essentially with the assistance of The Credit Dispute Center and its Quantum Matrix Dispute Technology™, the customer’s file will be sent directly to an attorney for audit and disputing errors. If disputed errors are not corrected or deleted from the consumer’s credit report, the attorney will file a lawsuit, or arbitration against each offending credit bureau and creditor or collector. The consumer will likely receive compensation for the errors and deletion of the account from their credit report. The Credit Dispute Center is not a law firm, but affiliated with a national network of consumer attorneys who specialize in the credit dispute and credit reporting process. The Credit Dispute Center uses it’s Quantum Matrix Dispute Technology™ to assist the attorney with the credit report audit and dispute process.

The Credit Dispute Center also has it’s Quantum Matrix Dispute Technology™ Pay Per Delete Credit Repair Program for those who’s credit report did not qualify for the Attorney Direct Program. Consumers in this plan only reimburse The Credit Dispute Center for certified mailing expenses and only pay for results. The victim will then file a police report for identity theft, and Credit Wellness Solutions will prepare a dispute letter for the victim that will go to the major credit bureaus and to the furnishers of the information. The victim will simply sign the dispute letter, attach a copy of the police report, and mail it via certified mail with return receipt requested to the recipients. We will then wait 45 days to get back all responses and review the victim’s credit reports again. Credit Wellness Solutions offers the following tips to recognize and avoid credit repair scams.

• All credit repair companies that do business in North Carolina, even if out of state, must have a surety bond and be registered with the NC Secretary of State. Ask for proof of the surety bond
and look up the company on the Secretary of State’s website.
• Federal and State law prevent credit repair companies from accepting payment before a service
has been performed. Never pay for a service before it has been done.
• Stay away from “Credit Sweeps”. This is a practice of falsely claiming ID Theft or building a new credit profile in your name under a new ITIN number. Both practices are HIGHY ILLEGAL and can
land you and the “Credit Sweeper” jail with stiff fines and penalties.
• While there is an abundance of information online to fix your credit on your own, stay away from “609 dispute letters” they are ineffective, and irrelevant. Any credit repair company that
says they use 609 dispute letters, will likely be ineffective at best. Section 609 of the FCRA only entitles a consumer to a Full Disclosure credit report, not original loan documentation. When
you obtain a credit report from annualcreditreport.com the credit bureaus have satisfied that section of the FCRA.
• If a company’s promises to you sound good to be true, it probably is. No one can guarantee that every negative item can be removed, or a certain credit score increase.
• Never hire a credit repair company that has cold called you. This is a violation of the FTC’s Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR) if they ask for payment. If you do hire a credit repair company
over the phone from a telemarketing call, they cannot collect payment for 6 months after their service contract has ended and have provided you with a credit report. Large well-known
national companies are notorious for this and are in violation of this regulation.

• Never hire a credit repair company that claims you cannot dispute items on your credit report yourself. In fact, credit service companies are required to disclose this in their contracts. Think of
a credit repair company as the “Jiffy Lube” of credit, you can do it on your own, but you may want a professional to do it for you.
