All information you provide to Credit Wellness Solutions will be secure! We are the  owners of the information collected on this site. We do not share your information with anyone without your written or digital consent, or as necessary to fulfill your request. (EX shipping an order) Your data is only used to contact you regarding the reason you contacted us. You may, if not actively in a contract opt-out of any further communications by contacting us via any method listed on this site. You may contact us at anytime for questions, concerns, correct, change, or remove any data we may have on you.

2. We will not accept private information without your consent.

We get referrals all the time from mortgage brokers, real estate agents, manufactured home dealers, car dealers, and from many other sources. However, we do not want to obtain anyone’s information without their prior consent. We will not compromise integrity or ethics to make a sale.

3. Your data will be truncated as much as possible.

When communicating to the credit bureaus, data furnishers (creditors/collectors), and our network of consumer protection attorneys, we have to input some required information. When and where possible, your information will be truncated to protect your identity. The data we collect is only the data we need to perform our services and for billing purposes. Information you wish to be shared in addition to data we collect is provided by you and of your own consent.

4. Your Payment Data is Secure

We use Escrow.com or Credzu for our merchant services payment processing. They are known for their tight security. The transmissions are secured and encrypted. Your payment data is not shared with anyone. Note – Escrow.com may charge a nominal payment processing fee.

5. All internet transactions are on a secure server.

We ensure all affiliates, software and other platforms are secure and encrypted before any data is entered. Only employees who need the data to perform their job (ex: billing) will have the data, so even offline your data is safe!
